As someone from Australia who only drinks flat white, this place serves one of the best flat whites in Japan (so far those I have tried in my travellings around Nihon). If ya an Aussie missing a decent cuppa, give this place a shot!

Was in search of coffee in Kusatsu and this place is certainly a nice surprise in an otherwise very Japanese town - expresso is not your typical Japanese coffee. We ordered two flat white and the lady took her time putting coffee beans on a scale and separately made our order (unlike some places that would combine the milk for efficiency). The flat white tastes a bit mild to my liking - not sure how many shots were there. I’d clarify and ensure my drink at least has two shots next time!
